Recently, online booking site Booking.com released data showing that Nha Trang ranked 4th in the list of domestic tourist destinations most searched by Vietnamese tourists during the April 30 and May 1 holidays. Currently, the number of guests booking rooms at hotels is increasing. Mr. Vo Quang Hoang - Head of Khanh Hoa Hotel Association (under Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association) said that the room occupancy rate of many accommodation establishments has reached 75% or more, especially resorts and hotels along the Nha Trang coast and Bai Dai area (Cam Lam district, Cam Ranh city).

According to representatives of some hotels in Nha Trang such as: The Empyrean, Sheraton Nha Trang, Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang, Novotel Nha Trang, Adamas Boutique Hotel Nha Trang..., the number of guests booking rooms from April 30 to May 3 has reached over 90%. Similarly, resorts in Bai Dai such as: The Anam, Alma, Ana Mandara Cam Ranh, Movenpick Cam Ranh... are also expected to have very high room occupancy rates. "In addition to domestic tourists on holiday, resorts in Bai Dai also welcome a large number of international guests from Korea, Russia... so the room occupancy rate is very high. We are ready to serve tourists, leaving a good impression on Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism", Mr. Le Dai Hai - General Manager of Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort shared.
According to Mr. Vo Quang Hoang, in addition to the number of passengers traveling by air, the number of tourists coming to Khanh Hoa during the April 30 and May 1 holidays will increase thanks to the convenience of road traffic. With 5 days off, many tourists from Ho Chi Minh City, the Southeast and Central Highlands provinces will come to Khanh Hoa for vacation. With about 1,200 accommodation establishments and more than 60,000 rooms, Khanh Hoa is capable of meeting the vacation needs of domestic and international tourists. Currently, many hotels also have preferential policies when guests book additional airport shuttle services and meals; some hotels keep room rates unchanged as usual.

Mr. NGUYEN TAI MINH - Deputy Director in charge of Cam Ranh International Airport: During the April 30 and May 1 holidays, Cam Ranh International Airport is expected to serve 886 takeoffs and landings (an average of 126 flights/day, an increase of 3% over the same period in 2024 and about 15% over normal days); including 526 international flights and 360 domestic flights. The number of passengers passing through the port is estimated at about 145,000 (including arrivals and departures), an increase of 4% over the same period in 2024 and an increase of 15% over normal days.
