This award is a recognition of Zalopay's continuous efforts and contributions to the field of electronic payments in Vietnam over the past time. 
Unlike previous years, the category "Outstanding Fintech Company 2024" is reviewed based on a survey of both users and businesses. The survey aims to find and honor businesses with innovative products and services during the year, contributing to improving the efficiency of retail operations in particular and operations in the banking industry in general. Previously, in July 2024, Zalopay officially announced its new brand identity and introduced the latest application version with outstanding features such as: Payment for all services from a variety of sources of money (banking applications, international cards, Apple Pay); Accumulate rewards to redeem privileges for users; Set of 6 diverse financial products to help users flexibly use from small amounts of money. Demonstrating the spirit of expanding all limits, Zalopay aims to become a multi-functional payment platform, beyond the scope of traditional e-wallets. This application also affirms its orientation of "accompanying banks" on the journey to change the cash usage habits of Vietnamese users. Zalopay currently serves more than 14 million users with a product portfolio of more than 100 convenient services, continuously on the list of favorite payment platforms in the country. In 2023, Zalopay is the only Vietnamese representative in the Top 200 global financial technology (fintech) companies ranking announced by the American television channel CNBC. "Vietnam Outstanding Banking Awards" is an annual award, organized by the International Data Group (IDG) Vietnam and the Vietnam Banking Association, along with a series of events of the Vietnam Retail Banking Forum.
