The first online smart financial playground for students

Today, April 11, Banking Times and FPT Corporation organized an information program on cooperation to promote financial education for high school students nationwide, signing a cooperation agreement to deploy the "Smart Finance" playground - the first online financial education playground in Vietnam for high school students nationwide.

The two sides organized the "Smart Finance" playground, with the goal of nurturing andeducating financial knowledge for students nationwide, helping them form smart spending habits, know how to save, invest effectively and practice personal financial management skills from an early age, ready to become strong digital citizens.

The “Smart Finance” playground is expected to be launched from May 2025, for primary, secondary and high school students nationwide. The playground is designed according to a modern model, combining online exams on the VioEdu platform and practical experience activities.

Participating in the playground, students will overcome financial challenges designed from basic to advanced levels, practicing skills in managing spending, saving and making personal financial plans through each round. They will experience real financial situations, before entering the national final round.

With quality question systems, relevant content and lively competition formats on an online platform, the program will help students access knowledge about consumption, savings, and personal financial management in a learning-while-playing and learning format. It is expected that in the first year, the program will reach more than 5 million students.

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa - Chairman of FPT IS, FPT Corporation - shared that to build an increasingly developed country, it is not only about developing technology, digital transformation or digital economy , but more importantly, it is necessary to sow the seeds of financial knowledge early, so that the young generation of Vietnam can master money and master their own future.

The organizers hope to join hands to nurture a solid reserve force, digital citizens who are not only good at technology but also financially savvy, ready to create value and master the digital economy in the new era.

Students participating in this playground do not only learn about saving or spending wisely. They will learn how to plan finances, manage resources, work in groups, make decisions, and take responsibility for their choices, very real, very real and necessary skills for adulthood.
