Mr. Truong Duc Hung, born in 1970, holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management and a Senior Certificate in Political Theory. He has been associated with Saigontourist Group for nearly 30 years. Vice Chairman Duong Anh Duc expressed his hope that in his new position and role, Mr. Hung will continue to leverage his experience to contribute to the development of Saigontourist Group and Ho Chi Minh City.
Over its 48 years of development, Saigontourist Group has become one of the leading tourism brands in Vietnam and the region in the fields of accommodation, food and beverage , travel, entertainment, training, and other tourism services.
According to data for the first nine months of 2023, this corporation welcomed and served 1.34 million visitors, a 67% increase compared to the same period last year. Of these, 854,000 were overnight guests, a 90% increase; and 491,000 were tour groups, a 38% increase compared to the same period. Total revenue reached VND 10,700 billion, a 39% increase; and total gross profit reached VND 2,391 billion, a 50% increase compared to the same period.
