Coordinate the launch of electronic vouchers
According to the cooperation agreement, Saigon Co.op and UrBox will coordinate to launch Co.opmart electronic shopping vouchers (E-vouchers) to continue to digitize management and improve customer service quality. In the immediate future, E-vouchers will be distributed on UrBox platforms, including the UrBox mobile application (UrBox App) and a network of more than 200 gift programs implemented at UrBox's corporate customers. During this period, E-vouchers will be accepted for use at Co.opmart supermarkets, Co.opXtra hypermarkets and Finelife high-end supermarkets nationwide. After that, the program will be expanded to other retail systems of Saigon Co.op (including the safe food store chain Co.op Food, Co.op Smiles, Cheers convenience stores, and Saigon Co.op's online shopping channel, the website www.cooponline.vn and the Saigon Co.op mobile application). Based on the actual situation, Saigon Co.op and UrBox will apply E-voucher issuance to all individual customers when shopping at Saigon Co.op's retail systems.
E-vouchers from Saigon Co.op and UrBox will have the same denominations as paper vouchers. E-vouchers will be displayed directly on mobile devices in the form of codes, customers just need to present them at the cashier to pay quickly and easily with just one touch.
In addition, Saigon Co.op and UrBox will jointly research solutions to apply UrBox's diverse gift warehouse and advanced technology to increasingly effectively implement Saigon Co.op's membership programs; diversify promotional programs, entertainment programs, and sales campaigns to promote shopping held at Saigon Co.op's retail systems.

Through the cooperation between Saigon Co.op and UrBox, Saigon Co.op will expand its network to millions of customers, digitize the gift experience, improve customer satisfaction, thereby continuing to affirm its position as the leading consumer goods retailer in Vietnam. In particular, the beneficiaries will be end consumers when saving time choosing gifts, optimizing shopping costs and experiencing good products and services at preferential prices as well as convenient payment operations. In addition, with E-vouchers used and stored on UrBox App, customers do not need to worry about forgetting, losing or damaging as when using paper vouchers. At the same time, there are many utilities on UrBox App such as reminding E-voucher expiration dates, suggesting stores that recently applied E-vouchers as well as easily sharing and giving E-vouchers to friends and relatives.
