On the morning of October 1st, the Hanoi Autumn Carnival took place on the Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian street, attracting 1,500 participants from various city organizations, students, clubs, art troupes, and artisans.

The event opened with a performance by the Thanh Oai District Lion and Dragon Dance Troupe, featuring 600 performers, 30 dragons, 30 lions, and 30 drummers, symbolizing the 30 districts, counties, and towns in the city.
The Carnival consists of four parts: Radiant Autumn Colors - depicting the colors of Hanoi's autumn, from businesses to traditional craft villages, street art performances with the participation of art troupes, businesses, and residents living in Hanoi.
The Hanoi Autumn Carnival has delivered spectacular performances and unforgettable moments for visitors to the capital city and is one of the main activities within the framework of the Hanoi Autumn Festival.
