The Organizing Committee of the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024 has just announced the list of exhibitors at this year's exhibition. Notably, this list includes many famous defense enterprises from countries with advanced defense industries.
The US has 15 exhibitors including Boeing, Lockheed Martin...; Russia has 13 exhibitors including Rosoboronexport of the state corporation Rostec; China has 2 exhibitors; France has Airbus and Japan has 13 exhibitors.
Israel has 2 units including Israel Aerospace Industries; Singapore has 13 units; India has 10 units including BrahMos Aerospace.
Air Force personnel conduct joint training in preparation for the opening ceremony of the exhibition which will take place on December 19.
Vietnam has more than 70 units including the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel); factories Z111, Z113, Z117, Z129, Z131, Z175, Z176; member companies of the General Department of Defense Industry, companies under the Ministry of National Defense...
The exhibition organizing committee also announced the list of international delegations from 36 countries that will attend the exhibition.
In this list, there are 8 Ministers who will attend: Minister of Defense Industry of Azerbaijan, Minister of Defense of Belarus, Minister of Defense of Brunei, Minister of Defense of Cambodia, Minister of Defense of Cuba, Minister of Defense of Laos, Minister of Defense of Mongolia, Minister of Defense of Thailand.
At the deputy ministerial level, there are: Deputy Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic, Deputy Minister of Defense of Italy, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Philippines, Deputy Minister of Defense of Türkiye, Deputy Minister of Defense of Venezuela.

Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024 is the second event hosted by the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense with the aim of sharing achievements and experiences in research, production, and use of weapons and equipment and promoting cooperation in the defense industry among countries attending the Exhibition.
Right from the first time it was held, the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition has attracted a large number of defense agencies and enterprises to participate, introducing the latest products and technologies applied to defense and security to high-ranking international delegations and business partners attending the Exhibition.
In particular, the 2024 Exhibition is part of a series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the Vietnam National Defense Day on December 22, so it will have great significance for Vietnam.
The 2024 Vietnam International Defense Exhibition will take place at Gia Lam Airport (Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi) with a total area of over 100,000 m2, of which the indoor exhibition area is 15,000 m2 and the outdoor area is 20,000 m2. The indoor exhibition scale is double that of the 2022 exhibition.
The exhibition will be held from December 19 to 22, open from 9am to 5pm. The opening ceremony will take place at 9am on December 19.
At the opening ceremony, the Vietnam Air Force flew in to welcome, the Vietnam People's Army special forces, and the Vietnam People's Army Border Guard dogs performed a welcome performance.
Up to now, there have been nearly 200 domestic and foreign units and enterprises from countries such as: Vietnam, Russia, UK, France, Spain, Serbia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Finland, Belarus, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, Turkey, India, Iran, Japan, Korea, China, Israel, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, UAE, USA, Brazil registered to have booths at the exhibition.
