The third round of Vietnam Idol liveshow attracted attention with an interesting interaction between My Tam and contestant Lam Phuc. Choosing the song Gio danh do dua, Lam Phuc scored points with his sweet voice and handsome appearance. Lam Phuc escaped the image of a "ballad prince", showing his confidence compared to the shy emotions in the previous rounds.
Lam Phuc's performance delighted the judges and audience.
Notably, at the end of the performance, this contestant gave judge My Tam a fan, along with the lyrics " Do you want to get married yet?". Immediately, My Tam humorously responded - "I'm really looking forward to the day I get married". The female singer also humorously said: "With this fan, can I get married?" causing the audience to continuously cheer.
My Tam praised Lam Phuc for his confidence on stage this time. However, Lam Phuc still did not handle the song well as he was still haunted by the colors from the previous rounds.

My Tam humorously responded when asked, "Do you want to get married?"
This is not the first time My Tam has been asked about getting married. In a television program, My Tam said she no longer has a deadline for getting married after doing so many times.
"When I was 20, I set a goal to get married at 25, move on to 27, around 30, and then stop at 35. But before reaching 35, I realized I was wrong from the beginning. I don't need to seek happiness through a wedding, but rather whether I am truly happy in my life or not.
Up to now, I no longer set a deadline for getting married. My parents often ask me why I don't do it. And I answer that I'm very happy, so as long as my parents are happy, that's enough," My Tam said.
Being a rather secretive singer in her private life, My Tam rarely shares about her other half. However, she believes: "There's no need to get married, just having someone who loves you is enough. Living together is enough, there's no need to get married, right?" . For My Tam, "when you get to know someone, that person is your husband, so you don't think about getting married anymore."
