Black Friday is considered the biggest discount event of the year, taking place on the last Friday of November every year. To celebrate this event, starting in mid-November, many fashion brands in Tam Ky City begin launching attractive promotional programs, offering deep discounts of 20-30%, and even up to 50-80%.
Specifically, fashion stores like FMStyle, Yody Tam Ky, TokyoLife Tam Ky, Eiles, Lo Lem, and shoe and handbag store Vascara... along Phan Chau Trinh street have implemented discount programs of 30-50%; buy one get one free programs, or items priced at just a few tens of thousands of VND per product.
Ms. Lai Thu Huyen, manager of the Yody Tam Ky store (Phan Chau Trinh Street), said that during holidays or major events, especially at the end of the year leading up to the Lunar New Year, Yody always has promotional and after-sales programs to attract customers.
Since the beginning of November this year, the store has implemented discounts of up to 50%, and a fixed-price program with millions of products starting from only 39,000 VND, 99,000 VND and 149,000 VND.
"Black Friday is not only an opportunity for businesses to increase sales but also a chance to offer customers end-of-year shopping deals. However, to choose quality products, consumers should look for reputable manufacturers and carefully select practical products that fit their budget," shared Ms. Huyen.
Supermarkets like Co.opMart, Go, and WinMart are also simultaneously launching many major discount programs. Specifically, Co.opMart is running a "10 Golden Days - Shop Till You Drop" program from November 2nd to 30th, as well as "Black Friday - Earn Reward Points" and "Shocking Prices - Deep Discounts" programs offering discounts of 10-50% on many product categories such as vegetables, dry food, cosmetics, and household goods.
WinMart is offering discounts of up to 50% on thousands of food, cosmetics, and household items, along with buy-one-get-one-free deals or items priced at just 10,000 VND. Similarly, Go Supermarket is also offering consumers discounts of 10-30%...
Beyond traditional markets, e-commerce platforms are also launching massive promotions to celebrate Black Friday this year. Shopee leads the way with numerous deep discounts such as free shipping, vouchers up to 1 million VND, and 50% off products on Shopee Video . Lazada is running a Black Friday promotion from November 25th to December 2nd with many outstanding offers: discounts up to 50%, completely free shipping, and vouchers worth 400,000 VND...
From November 22nd to 27th, TikTok also launched great deals such as: Mall vouchers worth 250,000 VND, Flash sales of 50%, free shipping, etc., attracting the attention of many users.
Ms. Tran Thi Ha, owner of Tran Ha makeup and nail salon (Hung Vuong Street, Tam Ky City), said: "The end of the year is the time when I invest in purchasing raw materials and supplies to prepare for serving customers during Tet (Lunar New Year). I usually look for promotional items on Shopee; if each product is discounted by about 10%, buying in bulk saves a considerable amount of money, allowing me to invest in other aspects of the store."
