In implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021, of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, over the past two years, 100% of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units in the province have maintained the practice of incorporating annual thematic content into regular meetings, linking theory with practice. Furthermore, Party committees, Party committees at all levels, and Party groups have intensified the implementation of breakthrough content to create significant changes in the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style. This breakthrough content is closely aligned with tasks and realities, focusing on resolving prominent issues, difficulties, and obstacles at the grassroots level.
For example, the Tuan Giao District Party Committee made a breakthrough in promoting the implementation of the Agricultural Sector Restructuring Project, focusing on developing concentrated fruit-growing areas according to the value chain linkage model. Dien Bien Phu City made a breakthrough in compensation and land clearance for the construction of key projects. The Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee made a breakthrough in the training and rotation of leading and managerial cadres at all levels...
The Provincial Party Committee has led and directed subordinate Party committees to continue promoting effective models and registering new models for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style. Over the past two years, the entire province has developed 369 new models, covering diverse fields such as: "Peaceful Family Lines Without Lawbreakers" (Provincial Police); models for growing green pumpkins and green thorns (Muong Ang district); models for jointly contributing to building bridges, repairing patrol roads to protect forests, and mobilizing resources to build concrete roads to production areas in Cha Nua commune (Nam Po district)...
In Tuan Giao district, the study, understanding, and implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings and actions have been carried out seriously from the district level to the grassroots, and this has been proven by practical results. One example is Toa Tinh commune, where, following President Ho Chi Minh's example of diligence and self-reliance, the commune's officials, Party members, and people have successfully implemented breakthroughs in restructuring the agricultural sector and finding new directions for the people. From cultivating corn, cassava, coffee, and hawthorn, Toa Tinh is now expanding the area under several high-value economic crops. Mr. Le Ngoc Son, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, said: “From 2020 to the present, the commune has developed an additional 180 hectares of coffee trees, about 40 hectares of macadamia nuts, nearly 50 hectares of pears, and 30 hectares of cat's ear melons. Among these, cat's ear melons have been recognized as an OCOP product and have been well-received by the market. Besides some areas planted under projects, the rest are proactively invested in and developed by the people. For new crops requiring high technical skills such as pears and macadamia nuts, the Party Committee has directed the dissemination of information and mobilization of people through various forms, while also using cadres and Party members as role models to build trust and encourage people to boldly adopt these crops.” Thanks to this, the movement to transform the crop structure is increasingly spreading and taking place enthusiastically in Toa Tinh. At this time, the pear orchards are gradually bearing fruit. The first harvest will take place around August, with much promise as there is a business partnership for guaranteed purchase and the quality has been confirmed in the previous harvest season. Many plots of land have already had holes dug, ready for fertilization and planting of seedlings for intercropping with macadamia, coffee, and pear trees.
Proactively, enthusiastically, and creatively studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, the Trade Union of Muong Nha Ethnic Boarding Junior High School (Muong Nha district) was recently commended and honored by the Vietnam Trade Union. Following the example of President Ho Chi Minh, the school's staff and teachers have both honed their professional skills and actively participated in emulation movements such as: "Excellent and Creative Labor," the "Two Goods" emulation movement ("Good People, Good Deeds"), and the "Every Teacher is a Role Model of Morality, Self-Learning, and Creativity" movement...
Mr. Duong Tien Cong, Party Secretary and Principal of the school, shared: “100% of the school's union members enthusiastically take the lead in emulation movements. Each teacher is conscious of exploring, self-learning, self-researching, applying information technology, using software to design lesson plans, and effectively utilizing vivid visual aids and pictures to serve teaching. They actively participate in teaching competitions, regular training, self-cultivation, and improving their teaching qualities, with enthusiasm and responsibility under the motto: 'All for our beloved students'.”
Therefore, many teachers have been recognized and become excellent teachers at various levels. In the 2022-2023 school year, the school had 35 out of 46 teachers recognized as excellent teachers at the school level, 17 out of 46 at the district level, and 8 out of 46 at the provincial level. Many union members have developed high-quality innovative teaching methods that have been recognized by various levels and widely applied within the school.
Through these actions, the emulation movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style has spread widely and deeply, yielding many positive, meaningful, and practical results throughout our province. These achievements not only contribute to the development of agencies, units, localities, and our homeland, but also represent the most beautiful flowers offered to Him.
