Implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, over the past 2 years, 100% of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units in the province have maintained the implementation of annual thematic content in regular activities, linking theory with practice. Not only that, Party committees, Party executive committees and Party delegations have promoted the implementation of breakthrough content to create clear changes in the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Breakthrough content is close to tasks and practices, focusing on solving outstanding issues, difficulties and obstacles at the grassroots level.

Typically, Tuan Giao District Party Committee has made a breakthrough in promoting the implementation of the Agricultural Restructuring Project, focusing on developing concentrated fruit growing areas according to the value chain linkage model. In Tuan Giao district, the study, implementation and implementation of learning and following Uncle Ho are seriously implemented from the district to the grassroots level and have been proven by practical results. From corn, cassava, coffee and hawthorn fields, Toa Tinh is now expanding the area of some crops with high economic value. Mr. Le Ngoc Son, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, said: “From 2020 to now, the commune has developed an additional 180 hectares of coffee trees, about 40 hectares of macadamia, nearly 50 hectares of pears, and 30 hectares of melons. Of which, melons have been recognized as OCOP products and are well received by the market. In addition to some areas planted under the project, the rest are actively invested and developed by the people. With new trees that require high techniques such as pears and macadamia, the Party Committee has directed propaganda and mobilized people in many forms, while taking cadres and party members as examples to help people trust and boldly do it. Thanks to that, the movement to convert suitable crop structures is increasingly spreading and taking place vigorously in Toa Tinh. At this time, pear gardens are gradually laden with branches. The first harvest will take place around August with many promises when there are businesses that cooperate to purchase and the quality has been confirmed through the previous fruiting season. Many fields have dug holes, prepared to apply fertilizer, and planted seedlings of macadamia, coffee and pear.

Being proactive, positive and creative in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, recently, the Trade Union of Muong Nhe Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities (Muong Nhe District) was commended and honored by the Vietnam Trade Union. Each teacher is conscious of exploring, self-studying, self-researching, applying information technology, using software to design lessons, effectively exploiting pictures and vivid visual aids to serve teaching work. Actively participating in teaching competitions, regular training, cultivating, practicing, improving the quality of teachers, enthusiastically and responsibly with the slogan: “All for beloved students”.

Therefore, many teachers are recognized and become excellent teachers at all levels. In the 2022-2023 school year, the school has 35/46 excellent teachers at the school level, 17/46 excellent teachers at the district level, and 8/46 excellent teachers at the provincial level. Many union members have quality initiatives and experiences that are recognized at all levels and widely applied in the unit.

With those actions, the emulation movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has spread more and more widely, and has achieved many positive, meaningful and practical results in our province.
