Accordingly, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over reviewing, synthesizing and advising on investment and business activities in a number of investment projects at Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area.
Therefore, the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Provincial Tax Department, the Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area Management Board, and the Da Lat City People's Committee are assigned to review all records and documents of agencies related to 3 investment projects in the Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area. Specifically, "World Wonder and Luxury Resort" of HaCo Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company; "Flower Park - World Wonder and Ecological Resort" of Ha Anh Import-Export and Construction Joint Stock Company; "K'Lan Ecological Tourist Site" of Tien Loi Construction and Transport Company Limited.
As Thanh Nien reported, two projects: "World Wonders and Luxury Resort" and "Flower Park - World Wonders and Ecological Resort" were granted Investment Certificates by Lam Dong province in November 2008.
By 2012, the investor had built part of the main traffic route and completed the rough construction of 15 villas. Since then, no further construction has been done, and the villas have been left abandoned.
These two projects are subject to the Government Inspectorate's request to review the progress according to Conclusion No. 929/KL-TTCP dated June 12, 2020, because the previous investors were slow to implement the project for many years, leaving the villas abandoned, and are subject to project revocation along with the Saigon - Dai Ninh project (in Duc Trong District, Lam Dong) invested by Mr. Nguyen Cao Tri.
At the end of 2021, Lam Dong province approved the transfer of Ocean Vision Joint Stock Company to continue investment, but no further construction has been done yet.
Then, in December 2021, the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee approved the transfer of these two projects to Ocean Vision Joint Stock Company to continue investing in completing the project, to avoid waste. The investor receiving the transfer of these two projects is the collateral at Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank - SCB.

The Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourism Area Management Board said that since Lam Dong province had a policy to allow Ocean Vision Joint Stock Company to transfer the above two projects, this unit has repeatedly requested an extension of the time to complete procedures and has not invested in any further construction.
Responding to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuyen, Director of the Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourism Management Board, affirmed that if Ocean Vision Joint Stock Company continues to delay the implementation of procedures to transfer the project within 24 months, there will be a document requesting the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee to revoke the two projects of HaCo Company and Ha Anh Company.
