Bac Giang International Logistics Center is planned on an area of 67 hectares. The project has a total investment of nearly 4,200 billion VND, including items such as: Multi-functional warehouse system, customs control warehouse, duty-free warehouse, e-commerce warehouse, automated warehouse... combined with a complete logistics solution system, modern and effective cross-chain Hub models (one-stop e-commerce Hub, import-export agricultural product center Hub...).

The completion of Bac Giang International Logistics Center is an important event, opening up many new development opportunities, creating favorable conditions for businesses in the province when carrying out import and export activities of goods and trade transactions.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Viet Oanh emphasized that Bac Giang is a province with a strategic position in the Northeast region of Hanoi Capital, a bridge between key economic regions, located on vital traffic routes such as Hanoi - Lang Son expressway, international railway, near major border gates and main seaports.
In recent years, the province's socio-economic development has made remarkable strides, with an average economic growth rate of more than 14% per year in the 2020-2024 period; the economic scale has risen to 12th place nationwide, leading the northern midland and mountainous region. The system of transport, urban, industrial and social infrastructure has been invested synchronously; promoting high efficiency.
However, the province's logistics service industry is not commensurate with its potential, advantages and level of socio-economic development; the logistics system is still fragmented, transportation costs are high and time is long.
Recognizing that bottleneck, the province has focused on directing the promotion of the development of the logistics system, including it in the Bac Giang Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030. The Provincial Party Standing Committee issued a Resolution on the development of a number of key service sectors for the period 2024-2030, in which logistics is identified as one of the key service sectors.
The Bac Giang International Logistics Center project is a strategic project, affirming the province's strong determination in developing modern logistics infrastructure, promoting trade, industry and international integration.
The project’s completion and launch have put Bac Giang on the map of large-scale logistics centers and modern infrastructure in the Northern region; awakened Bac Giang’s potential for developing the service industry, which is considered the “blood vessel” of the economy; opened up new growth drivers, enhanced competitiveness, and promoted socio-economic development.

In order for the project to maximize its effectiveness, develop sustainably, and become a leading regional logistics center, contributing positively to the province's development in the coming time, he requested all levels, sectors, and investors to focus on implementing a number of contents well. The Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction, and the People's Committee of Bac Giang City should urgently support and guide investors to remove remaining obstacles in terms of land and traffic connections; ensure the completion of synchronous projects, and a smooth, safe, and effective traffic system.
The provincial departments, branches and sectors and the People's Committee of Bac Giang city continue to closely coordinate and support investors during the project operation process, promptly handling arising issues related to technical infrastructure and security and order.
He requested Bac Giang International Logistics Limited Company to focus on and urgently invest in the remaining technical infrastructure and services to complete the entire project; build a modern operating model, apply digital technology, artificial intelligence and automation to the exploitation process, warehouse management, transportation and supply chain.
