Launching book on building socialist rule of law state

(To Quoc) - On November 8, in Hanoi, the Central Internal Affairs Committee coordinated with the National Political Publishing House Truth to organize the launching ceremony of the book "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam".

Speaking at the book launch ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Nguyen Thanh Hai said that on November 9, 2022, the Central Executive Committee issued Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW "Continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period", in which the Central Internal Affairs Commission was assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to regularly urge, guide, inspect and supervise the implementation of the Resolution, periodically review, summarize and report to the Politburo and the Secretariat.

In Plan No. 11-KH/TW, dated November 28, 2022 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, it also assigned Party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on leading and directing the promotion of propaganda, dissemination, and education to raise awareness among cadres, Party members, and People about the Constitution and laws, about the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and required to continue building and perfecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new period.

"To implement Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW and Plan No. 11-KH/TW, the Central Internal Affairs Committee issued Plan No. 139-KH/BNCTW, dated June 26, 2023 on compiling and publishing the book "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state in the new period " "to contribute to propagating and disseminating, helping cadres, party members and people understand the basic issues of the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam. From there, we can properly and effectively implement the viewpoints, goals, focus, tasks and solutions on continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam in the new period in accordance with the Party's policies and guidelines," affirmed the Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

The process of compiling the book has always received the attention and direct, close guidance of Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, and leaders of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

The compilation of the book was carried out carefully, meticulously and meticulously, ensuring compliance with the Party's policies and viewpoints and the provisions of the 2013 Constitution on building and perfecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state.

The book is a synthesis and systematization of basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state, analysis of the practice of building and perfecting the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam; especially synthesizing the research results of the Project "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the new period" and 27 in-depth research topics on the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam by major agencies, organizations and research institutions nationwide.

The book "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam" was launched on the occasion of Vietnam Law Day (November 9, 2024).

The book consists of 480 pages, divided into 3 chapters: Basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state and the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam; Practice of building and perfecting the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam and Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the new period.
