Book launch of Dr. Nguyen Si Dung and exhibition of paintings by artist Pham Luc

In addition to being an economic researcher and former Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office, Dr. Nguyen Si Dung also has a passion for painting and is an art collector.

The book "The Palm in God's Hand" written by Dr. Nguyen Si Dung is the feelings of an art collector but also a researcher, who understands and loves art about the life and artistic creations of painter Pham Luc. The book's title was inspired by the comment of former US Secretary of State John Kerry when he first saw Pham Luc's paintings.
