Specifically, for all members, Sony provides free professional maintenance services for each registered product. This maintenance service includes cleaning the camera body (sensor), cleaning the outside of the lens, checking and updating the software. In case customers need to clean the inside or adjust the lens more deeply, Sony applies a special discount of up to 20% of the cost.
