The Pregnant and Childcare Club of Aleron Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. operates on a voluntary basis, aiming to create conditions for workers and laborers in the factory to receive advice, support, and improve their skills and knowledge during pregnancy and childcare. The club operates under the direction of the Aleron Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union. The club's executive board consists of 5 members.
