Quynh Phu: Inauguration of housing for households in especially difficult circumstances

Quynh Phu district leaders encouraged and gave gifts to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc.

The person receiving housing support is Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, living in Ha village, An Thai commune. Ms. Ngoc is a disabled person, living alone in a particularly difficult situation. For many years, she has lived in a seriously degraded level 4 house that is not safe. In that situation, Quynh Phu district supported 5 million VND; at the same time, the district mobilized sponsors to support Ms. Ngoc with 100 million VND to build a new house. After 3 months of implementation, the spacious house was completed, ensuring 4 hard things: hard foundation, hard floor, hard walls and hard roof.

Sponsor representative presented support funds to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc.

The inauguration and handover of the house to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc is a meaningful work, demonstrating the care and concern of all levels and sectors of Quynh Phu district as well as the sponsoring unit to help her gradually overcome difficulties and stabilize her life.

On this occasion, representatives of the Party Committee, government and organizations of An Thai commune also presented many gifts to support Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc.
