On the afternoon of December 29, the Administrative - General and Cultural - Social Emulation Blocks held a conference to summarize the emulation and rewards in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024. |
Director of Provincial Radio and Television Station Nguyen Viet Truong and Deputy Director of Department of Education and Training Nguyen Hung Cuong chaired the conference.
Since the beginning of 2023, units in the bloc have organized to thoroughly grasp the guiding documents on emulation and reward work, and at the same time closely followed the province's plans to organize and implement emulation movements at the units and common activities of the bloc.
The emulation movement "The whole province joins hands to build Ha Tinh province to meet new rural standards" continues to receive attention, direction and focus from units with high initiative and determination. Units in the bloc have participated in reviewing, evaluating and appraising new rural and advanced new rural criteria; actively sponsoring and sponsoring villages and communes to reach the new rural finish line in 2023; focusing on discovering and nurturing advanced models selected from emulation movements to commend, honor, introduce and replicate throughout the agency and unit.
For the emulation movement "Ha Tinh for the poor - leaving no one behind" in the period of 2021-2025, units in the bloc actively participated in many meaningful activities such as: mobilizing contributions, supporting, giving thousands of gifts to families in difficult circumstances, poor children who strive to study, and giving charity houses. The emulation movement to join hands in administrative reform was focused. Units in the bloc have advised on perfecting institutions and policies, perfecting the organizational apparatus; improving the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees; reforming public finance and modernizing administration.
Head of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee Nguyen Van Hung oriented some contents at the conference.
In 2024, the Administrative - General and Cultural - Social Emulation Bloc will continue to promote propaganda and dissemination work, further raising awareness of the position, role and importance of emulation and reward work; focus on rewarding special and extraordinary achievements, rewarding civil servants, public employees and workers who do not hold leadership and management positions; continue to promote administrative reform, implement digital transformation, build e-government; improve the quality of consulting, effectiveness and efficiency of management of the State administrative apparatus; rectify administrative discipline and order; properly handle tasks related to people and businesses; continue to carry out emulation movements.
The Administrative - General and Cultural - Social emulation blocs signed an emulation agreement in 2024.
