The total construction value up to this point has reached 32%. Of which: Package 14 reached 41%, Package 15 reached 29%, Package 16 reached 27.2%. The disbursement value on the construction output on the construction site is 368.32/740.5 billion VND.

The biggest difficulty and obstacle at present is that some residential land areas and land allocated beyond authority have not been handed over as planned; Land areas outside the 90-meter boundary to serve the construction of irrigation works, intersections, roads, and canal improvements have not been approved yet.

Based on the approved overall construction schedule and the sections with cleared land, the investor directs the contractor to mobilize maximum resources, machinery, equipment and materials to carry out the construction. For the People's Committees of Bac Ninh City , Que Vo Town and Thuan Thanh , consider and direct the Compensation and Site Clearance Council to promptly hand over the residential land area, land allocated beyond authority, disputed farm land, land outside the 90-meter boundary to serve the construction of intersections, roads and ditch improvements to the investor in April 2025; Contractors proactively seek sources of sand, soil, crushed stone aggregate and gather and mobilize them to the construction site, deploy construction to ensure progress as committed.
