To promote the progress of the two projects, ensuring their early completion and putting into use, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health to closely follow the actual situation; be more proactive in coordinating with relevant ministries, agencies and units to deploy specific tasks and work and control the progress of implementation at the construction site; urgently work and agree with the Ministry of Finance to supplement the state budget capital according to regulations to implement the procurement of medical equipment and information technology; direct the construction work in the spirit of "running while queuing" to complete the two projects on schedule.

The Ministry of Health directed Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Friendship Hospital to proactively prepare professional and technical work; organize recruitment and training of human resources to be ready for effective operation of the two hospitals immediately after the two projects are completed and handed over for use.
