(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The Standing Committee of the City People's Council has issued a Decision on convening the 20th Session (special session) of the 16th City People's Council (term 2021 - 2026).

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council decided to summon the City People's Council delegates to attend the 20th Session (special session) of the 16th City People's Council (term 2021 - 2026).

- Time: 1/2 day, from 2:00 p.m. on November 11, 2024 (Monday).

- Location: City Convention Center.

The Committees of the City People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, the City People's Council Delegation and the City People's Council delegates are responsible for implementing this Decision.

The 20th session (special session) will review and comment on the following contents: Regulations on criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the city. Comments on the issuance of the City People's Committee's Decision regulating the percentage (%) to calculate the annual land rental price; land rental price for underground construction, land rental price with water surface in Hai Phong city. Regulations on the authority to decide on the procurement of goods, services and investment, procurement of information technology application activities using regular funds. Adjustment (4th time) of the City's Public Investment Plan in 2024. List of investment projects requiring land recovery, expected state budget capital level for compensation and site clearance; list of investment projects using rice-growing land, protective forest land, special-use forest land, production forest land in the city. Adjust the investment policy of the Project to invest in building the Square in front of the Political - Administrative Center in the New Urban Area North of Cam River - Phase I and carry out personnel work according to regulations./.
