National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has just signed and issued resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on personnel matters in the National Assembly delegations of three provinces and cities.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly approved the resignation of Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet from the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation of the 15th National Assembly - Ho Chi Minh City Delegation. The reason is that Ms. Tuyet has transferred to work as Head of the Organization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued a resolution approving the election results of Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Tran, National Assembly representative and President of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union, to the position of Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation.

Regarding the personnel of the National Assembly delegation of Hung Yen province, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has passed a resolution approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dai Thang from his position as Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hung Yen province. Mr. Thang has transferred to a new position as Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Delegate Affairs.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly also assigned Mr. Dao Hong Van, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term, and Head of the Hung Yen Provincial National Assembly Delegation, to the position of Head of the Hung Yen Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
During his tenure as Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Dao Hong Van received a position allowance (coefficient 1.25).
In addition, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly also approved the removal of Mr. Ngo Dong Hai from his position as head of the 15th National Assembly delegation of Thai Binh province, due to his transfer to another position. He is currently the Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Mr. Nguyen Van Huy, Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation of the National Assembly of Thai Binh Province, has been assigned to take charge of the Thai Binh Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly until the position of Head of the Delegation is filled, according to a decision of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
Mr. Nguyen Van Huy is entitled to a position allowance equal to the allowance for the position of full-time Head of the National Assembly Delegation (coefficient 1.25).
