In the third quarter of 2023, Vietjet safely operated 36,000 flights, transporting 6.8 million passengers, including more than 2.3 million international passengers, an increase of 10% compared to the third quarter of 2019, the period before Covid-19, and 127% compared to the third quarter of 2022.
In the first 9 months of 2023, Vietnam welcomed 23.7 million international visitors through its airports, an increase of nearly 267%. Vietnamese airlines transported 11.5 million passengers, of which Vietjet contributed more than 51% with 5.9 million passengers, actively supporting international tourism and investment.
Vietjet's fleet has 103 aircraft, including 18 aircraft operating at Thai Vietjet, 2 new aircraft are being delivered.
The airline's flights achieved an average seat utilization rate of over 85% and technical reliability of 99.72%.
Total cargo volume transported reached 20.3 thousand tons, up 76% over the same period, accounting for 23% of the market share of cargo transported by Vietnamese airlines.

Ancillary and cargo revenue, with high profit margins, continued to be strongly developed by the airline, contributing 40% of total air transport revenue and reaching VND5,029 billion, up 26% over the same period and 77% compared to the third quarter of 2019.

As of September 30, 2023, Vietjet's total assets reached more than VND 76.5 trillion, the debt/equity ratio of 1.5 times and the liquidity ratio of 1.4 times are at a safe level in the aviation industry.
Cash and cash equivalents balance as of September 30, 2023 reached VND 2,077 billion, plus working capital limit, ensuring the company's ability to pay quickly.
Vietjet has contributed nearly 3,750 billion VND in direct and indirect taxes and fees in the first 9 months of 2023.
