Quoc Oai receives the title of National Intangible Cultural Heritage and opens Thay Pagoda festival

In his opening speech, Chairman of Quoc Oai District People's Committee Nguyen Truong Son affirmed that the program is an important political and cultural event of the district, honoring traditional cultural values, preserving, embellishing and promoting the value of intangible cultural heritages in the area.
