JAKARTA POST. Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan said that the country's President-elect Prabowo Subianto plans to announce his cabinet on October 21.

AP. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced that his country will file an application to join South Africa's case against Israel for genocide at the International Court of Justice.

CNN. Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has chosen Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her 2024 vice presidential running mate .
