Quang Tri has a new Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade who grew up from the Youth Union movement.

On July 25, the Office of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee announced that Mr. Vo Van Hung, Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision to transfer Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, to work and appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade. The appointment term is 5 years, starting from August 1, 2023.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh had a long time of active Youth Union activities in Quang Tri.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh (43 years old, from Vinh Giang commune, Vinh Linh district, Quang Tri) has a master's degree in Economics and advanced political theory.

Before being appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Tri, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh was Secretary of the Youth Union of provincial agencies, Head of the Party Organization Committee of provincial agencies and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of agencies and enterprises of Quang Tri province.
