Quang Ha is the central village of Quang Nguyen commune, about 13 km from provincial road DT178. The entire village is located at the foot of Gio Pass, on a flat land, next to the gentle Nam Ly stream. The village has 137 households, mainly Tay ethnic people, whose livelihoods mainly depend on agricultural and forestry production and community tourism business. Quang Ha is well-known and attracts tourists with its majestic natural scenery with terraced fields winding around the mountainside. In 2022, Quang Ha was recognized by the province as a Community Tourism Cultural Village. This is a favorable condition for the locality to develop community tourism and experiential tourism. The stilt houses located behind rows of palm trees "spreading umbrellas to shade the sun" have become a traditional identity, especially the Tay ethnic people still preserve a treasure trove of hundreds of ancient stories, proverbs and traditional customs.

Grasping the development needs of society, as well as since the awareness of cultural preservation associated with tourism development, this place has been invested quite fundamentally from sanitary auxiliary works, moving barns away from houses and building "clean houses, beautiful gardens"... Over the past years, Quang Nguyen commune has established and maintained the activities of a folk art team, regularly practicing singing traditional folk songs of ethnic minorities for tourists to enjoy and experience. According to the people here, Quang Nguyen is developing tourism based on the advantages of natural scenery bestowed on the unique long-standing culture and the inherent genuine feelings of the ethnic communities in the area. To bring tourists the best feelings about folk art, recently, households doing homestay have cooperated with the art teams of the commune and village to perform and exchange arts. Tourists coming here experience a peaceful setting, fresh and cool climate, creating a feeling of relaxation, immersing themselves in folk songs. Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Phuong, Quang Ha village shared: Our art troupe has more than 10 members, mainly women in the village, who are talented and passionate about traditional musical instruments, and knowledgeable about the folk songs of the ethnic people. Whenever tourists come to Quang Nguyen for a vacation, the commune art troupe coordinates with the village to perform, bringing tourists songs and dances imbued with beautiful traditional culture.

Quang Nguyen commune has 15 villages, up to now all villages have maintained the activities of the folk art troupe well. For villages with mainly Tay ethnic people such as Quang Ha village, there will be a village art troupe performing Tay ethnic performances such as: Then singing, Tinh lute, bowl dance, con dance... For villages with Dao ethnic people, there is cap sac dance, Mong ethnic people perform khen dance... Comrade Hoang Ngoc Duy, Vice Chairman of Quang Nguyen Commune People's Committee said: The art troupes in the commune are being maintained well, regularly performing on holidays, Tet and serving tourists. Through folk art performances, they aim to propagate and promote the image of community tourism in Quang Nguyen to tourists from all over.
