Quang Ngai province adjusts land prices, continuing to apply until December 31, 2025 to adjust unreasonable points and errors in the current land price list to suit the actual local situation.

Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has just approved the Project to Adjust the price list of land types in the province to continue to apply until December 31, 2025.
Accordingly, the Land Price List for all types of land in the province to continue to be applied until December 31, 2025 must be consistent with the common land price on the market of the land type with the same purpose of use that has been transferred, the winning price of the land use right auction; update the land price adjustment coefficient in the province in 2024 into the regulations on the land price list; update and adjust the subjects applying the land price list according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 159, Land Law 2024; adjust the regulations on authority to approve the adjustment, amendment and supplementation of the land price list according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 159, Land Law 2024; update and supplement routes, road sections, residential areas that are not yet specified in the land price list or have just been invested in and put into use; Update and adjust routes and road sections in localities that have been upgraded recently and adjust unreasonable points and errors in the current land price list to suit the actual local situation.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, the number of land types surveyed includes 12 types of land (rice land; land for other annual crops; land for perennial crops; production forest land; aquaculture land; salt-making land; rural residential land; rural commercial and service land; non-agricultural production and business land that is not commercial and service land in rural areas; urban residential land; urban commercial and service land; non-agricultural production and business land that is not commercial and service land in urban areas).
The number of survey points was in 100% of communes, wards, and towns in districts, towns, cities, and Ly Son district (no commune-level administrative unit). The number of survey questionnaires was 7,049, of which the largest number was rural residential land survey questionnaires with 2,310 questionnaires.
Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee will organize bidding and sign contracts to select a consulting unit to conduct investigation, survey and adjust the price list of land types in the province before September 15, 2024; collect land prices at the investigation point and prepare a report on the results of the land price investigation at the investigation point from September 15, 2024 to November 15, 2024...
The Department of Finance shall organize the editing and completion of the draft adjusted land price list to submit to the Provincial People's Committee before February 21, 2025 for submission to the Provincial People's Council for approval in March 2025.
The total estimated cost of investigation, survey and adjustment of land price list in Quang Ngai province to continue to apply until December 31, 2025 is more than 1.5 billion VND.
