The Chairman of Quang Nam province requested to urgently review land procedures of real estate projects; give specific time for land allocation and lease of each project.
The Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province said that the Chairman of the province, Mr. Le Van Dung, has just concluded a working session with the Provincial Business Association to review and resolve difficulties, problems and recommendations of businesses.
Accordingly, in response to the proposal of enterprises on supporting enterprises in the process of project implementation, Quang Nam province has established 5 Working Groups to inspect, urge, remove difficulties and obstacles, promote disbursement of public investment capital and the 2024 Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program headed by the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee.
Regarding the Special Working Group of the Provincial People's Committee on removing difficulties and obstacles and supporting enterprises in production and business, the Chairman of Quang Nam province requested the Department of Planning and Investment to urgently review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to perfect the Special Working Group.
Regarding the proposal to allocate land, Quang Nam province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and urgently review the implementation of land procedures for real estate projects in the area.
In particular, it is necessary to specify the time of land allocation and land lease; the ratio of land allocation and land lease to the total land area of each project.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment also researched and proposed adjustments to the process and procedures for handling land-related records on land division, transfer, registration of changes, etc.
The Provincial People's Committee Office advises the Province to give instructions on handling land division dossiers and granting Certificates to transferees of land use rights in housing construction investment projects.
Regarding project adjustment procedures and project implementation guarantee procedures, the Chairman of Quang Nam province assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and review current legal regulations on investment, land, housing, real estate business, credit, etc. to guide enterprises in carrying out investment project adjustment procedures.
Quang Nam province noted that in cases of delayed progress due to slow site clearance by localities leading to investors being late in receiving land or other objective reasons not caused by the investor, it is necessary to advise on the form of ensuring the implementation of the investment project in accordance with the provisions of law when extending the progress...
