Quang Nam allows procedures to adjust the overall planning of the Nam Hoi An Resort; the adjusted planning will consider arranging a new golf course, without arranging residential land in the project.
The Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just announced the conclusion of the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Nam Hung, after a meeting to listen to the report on the planning ideas for the Nam Hoi An Resort subdivision.
Quang Nam agreed to allow the establishment of procedures to submit to competent authorities for consideration and decision on the policy of adjusting the overall planning of the Nam Hoi An Resort zoning according to the proposed idea of Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited.
Quang Nam noted, research to arrange an additional new golf course in the project area on the west side of Vo Chi Cong street and not arrange residential land in the project.
The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and review the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2030 and other related planning and projects to assess their suitability.

Nam Hoi An Resort (Hoiana) is a large project in Quang Nam, with an investment scale of 4 billion USD, making a large contribution to the provincial budget.
Speaking at the recent Conference on the Implementation Plan of the 2021-2030 Planning Period, with a vision to 2050 in Quang Nam Province, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tran, General Director of Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited, said that up to now, Hoiana Resort has completed phase 1 and put into operation with more than 1.4 billion USD in investment capital.

Sharing about the development plan, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tran said that the Company has also prepared an additional 300 million USD to implement other projects of phase 2.
The main items include the largest conference center, exhibition area, sports, shopping, entertainment area in the Central region, along with many other items to attract more tourists to Quang Nam province.
The General Director of Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited said that he will continue to accompany Quang Nam province in tourism development, contributing to making Quang Nam a leading tourist destination in Vietnam and internationally.
In addition, the Company will implement phase 2 of the Nam Hoi An Resort project on an area of about 100 hectares that has been cleared, with a total investment of up to 1 billion USD.
