Quang Nam promotes awareness of natural disaster prevention

Thereby, it aims to raise awareness and responsibility of local Party committees, authorities and people of all walks of life in disaster prevention and control (DPC) to build a safe society against natural disasters for sustainable development. Strengthen communication and information, improve community capacity; enhance the sense of responsibility of all levels and sectors from the provincial to grassroots levels in DPC; prepare response plans for natural disasters in 2025.

The theme of the National Week 2025 is "Sustainable, disaster-resilient communities", the implementation time will be focused in May 2025 across the province.

Content includes: organizing communication campaigns in direct or online form toeducate, raise awareness, and change community behavior regarding disaster prevention and control.

For schools, it is possible to integrate educational and propaganda activities on the above contents into teachers' lectures in direct or online classes; organize propaganda activities using propaganda vehicles with billboards and mobile posters on routes to some localities, main traffic routes in the province...
