The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of departments, branches, sectors, and chairmen of district-level People's Committees to continue to propagate, disseminate, and thoroughly understand the Party's regulations and State laws on citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement.
Thereby, it aims to raise awareness and responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people of all walks of life, and effectively carry out mediation at the grassroots level when disputes and conflicts arise among the people.
Regularly review and promptly detect difficulties and inadequacies in policies and laws related to citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement to make recommendations and proposals to competent agencies and individuals for removal and adjustment.
Proactively grasp the situation, organize receptions and dialogues with citizens, promptly and thoroughly resolve newly arising complaints and denunciations under their authority, in order to limit mass complaints and denunciations and those that go beyond their authority. Improve the quality and effectiveness of coordination between levels, sectors and functional agencies in receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations.
Research and implement an online reception model based on current equipment and facilities for online conferences to ensure savings, efficiency and create favorable conditions for people.
In particular, the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee presides over and coordinates with the Provincial Inspectorate and relevant agencies to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue the Regulations on online citizen reception to pilot the online citizen reception model in the province.
In the first quarter of 2025, pilot the online citizen reception model between the Provincial Citizen Reception Headquarters and the district-level Citizen Reception Board. The district-level People's Committee will study and organize online citizen reception between the district, town, and city Citizen Reception Board and the commune-level bridge.
The Department of Information and Communications presides over and coordinates with the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee to organize and operate online citizen reception conferences at the Provincial Citizen Reception Headquarters and other connection points in localities and units.
