Accordingly, the Provincial Police are assigned to direct the Traffic Police force to implement tasks and solutions to ensure traffic order and safety; promptly prevent, detect, stop and handle violations that are direct causes of traffic accidents such as: alcohol concentration violations, speeding violations, driving in the wrong lane or road section; not wearing helmets; transport vehicles carrying overloads or exceeding the prescribed number of people, etc.

At the same time, proactively prevent, stop and strictly handle acts of illegal racing; resolutely suppress and handle subjects who oppose law enforcement officers; do not let especially serious traffic accidents or traffic jams occur; arrange forces on duty at key traffic routes and points, especially at gateways to districts, cities, towns, tourist attractions, etc.

The Department of Construction focuses on directing transport business units to develop transport organization plans to meet people's travel needs; directs road and inland waterway management units to inspect, review, supplement and adjust the sign system, damaged and unsynchronized; prioritizes the repair and maintenance of traffic infrastructure on key routes and locations with potential risks of traffic accidents. In addition, coordinate with local authorities and functional forces to inspect and handle violations of encroachment on roads, curbs, sidewalks and traffic safety corridors.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to integrate traffic safety into tourism activities, ensuring smooth infrastructure connections to tourist areas and destinations. Quang Nam Maritime Port Authority checks the safety of vehicles before granting permission to leave ports and wharves, especially passenger and tourist vehicles such as Bach Dang, Cua Dai, and Cu Lao Cham wharves...

The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee and localities organize legal dissemination, announce hotline numbers to receive people's feedback; arrange forces to be on duty and regulate at key routes and areas, to prevent prolonged congestion or particularly serious accidents.
