The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to develop a detailed plan and roadmap for digitizing the Civil Status Book, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness. At the same time, organize training and provide professional guidance for officers working in civil status.

The digitization of the Civil Status Book stored at the Department of Justice must be completed before December 31. The Provincial People's Committee also requires this unit to periodically summarize and report on the results of the digitization of Civil Status Book in the province on a weekly basis according to the task of implementing Project 06 provinces and when requested; promptly advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.

District People's Committees focus resources and have drastic solutions to promote the digitization of household registration books in localities; proactively balance and arrange budgets to implement the digitization of household registration books in accordance with regulations.

Localities are responsible for the progress of implementation, ensuring timely completion according to the guidance of the Department of Justice and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee. The deadline given for the District Justice Departments to complete the digitization of the Household Registration Books registered at the district level is also the upcoming December 31.

Localities direct the People's Committees at the commune level to prioritize mobilizing and arranging appropriate resources (personnel, equipment, funding, etc.) to support local Justice - Civil Status officials to focus on the peak month of implementing the steps to digitize the Civil Status Book according to instructions, regularly monitor, closely follow, and urge the task of digitizing the Civil Status Book at the local level, to be completed in December 2024.
