Responding to the emulation movement, the Provincial People's Committee requested National Assembly deputies working in localities and People's Council deputies at all levels to promote the pioneering and exemplary spirit, contribute many profound and intellectual opinions, strive to perform according to their functions and tasks, worthy of the trust of voters and people.
The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council advises on developing a plan to implement the emulation movement, focusing on the legislative field; supervision work; implementation of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly; strengthening supervision of the implementation of resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, especially resolutions on socio-economic development tasks, annual budgets, resolutions on mechanisms and policies for socio-economic development, etc.
In the work of people's petitions, continue to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing policies and laws on receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations; resolutions of the Provincial People's Council regulating receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations.
Improve the quality of meetings and sessions of the Provincial People's Council, focusing on investing in digital transformation, applying information technology, increasing connectivity in exchanging and providing information on activities between People's Councils at all levels in the province.
Departments, branches, sectors, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations at all levels, central units located in the province, district-level People's Committees concretize the emulation movement; perform well the State management function, ensure compliance with the Constitution and laws; strengthen and improve the quality of citizen reception, handling of petitions, resolving voters' opinions and recommendations; effectively implement resolutions of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, and the Provincial People's Council.
Localities and units actively participate in emulation movements launched by the Central and the province, contributing to the completion of the province's socio-economic goals every year and during the 2020-2025 term.
The provincial People's Committee requested press and media agencies to increase propaganda about the significance of the first General Election Day; promptly provide information on the activities of the National Assembly, agencies and National Assembly deputies; and at the same time convey people's opinions and issues of concern to the National Assembly.
The competition period is from now until December 31, 2025.
