The province strives that by 2025, the whole province will have about 45% of the working-age workforce participating in social insurance.

Quang Nam Provincial Social Insurance has just issued a Plan to implement the Directive of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on continuing to strengthen leadership and direction in implementing social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance policies in the province, period 2022 - 2025.

Accordingly, the Plan sets a target that from now until 2025, the whole province will have about 45% of the working-age workforce participating in social insurance; about 35% of the working-age workforce participating in unemployment insurance; about 96.10% of the population participating in health insurance.

In addition, electronic transactions on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance contributions and benefits reached 95%; average non-cash payments/total expenditure reached 70%; satisfaction index of organizations, businesses, and people with provincial social insurance reached 90%.

According to Quang Nam Provincial Social Insurance, to achieve the set goals, the unit will promote information and propaganda work, innovate forms and contents to ensure that target groups have full access to information, raise awareness of the meaning and importance of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance policies.

At the same time, advise and propose to Party committees, authorities, and socio -political organizations at all levels to strengthen leadership, direction, inspection, supervision, propaganda, and mobilization of people to implement social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance policies.

Strengthen coordination with relevant Departments, Boards, sectors and organizations to implement social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance policies; share and connect information and data between State management agencies and the Social Insurance sector to improve efficiency in developing and managing participants and beneficiaries of social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance; implement social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance regimes and policies.

In particular, the Social Insurance of Quang Nam province will advise and organize the implementation to improve the effectiveness of inspection, examination and supervision of compliance with the law on social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance, promptly detect and strictly handle violations, especially acts of evasion, late payment, fraud, and profiteering of social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance money, etc.
