From April 10 to 13, 2025, the festival "Tam Ky - Sua flower season 2025" with the theme "Brilliant yellow flowers" will be held, to introduce and promote the unique beauty of Sua flowers and other activities to serve the needs of sightseeing and tourism .
Within the framework of the festival “Tam Ky – Sua flower season 2025”, on the opening night, Tam Ky city will announce the decision to recognize Huong Tra eco-village as a tourist destination of Quang Nam . This is also the place that owns a population of ancient Sua trees, of which 9 Sua trees over 100 years old were recognized as Vietnam Heritage Trees by the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment in 2024.
In addition, the festival also has other activities such as: Spring Festival and Opening Ceremony at Huong Tra Communal House. Tam Ky City Children's Fine Arts Competition. Tam Ky City's Traditional Men's Boat Race. "Shimmering River Water on Full Moon Night" Lantern Festival. Exchanges between Chinese Chess Clubs inside and outside the City. Exchanges between Clubs - Teams - Groups of Tam Ky City. Launching Ceremony of Olympic Running Day for the Health of All People in 2025, associated with the "Discover Huong Tra" Running Competition. Calligraphy performance and gifting of artistic words at Huong Tra Communal House. Children's fine arts exhibition in the Cua Garden area. Exhibition of start-up products, OCOP, typical rural industrial products of Tam Ky City. Traditional craft demonstrations and culinary activities.
Through the festival, Tam Ky aims to build the brand "Tam Ky - City of yellow sua flowers" associated with the formation of the tourist destination "Huong Tra Ecological Village", contributing to promoting the city's tourism activities to become a destination in the tourist address of Quang Nam province.
