Accordingly, regarding "a number of important plans, programs and projects, main mechanism projects", the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed that the People's Committee of Quang Nam province add the task of formulating the Master Plan for the construction of Cu Lao Cham National Tourist Area; consider adding the Master Plan for tourism development in Quang Nam province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also requested Quang Nam to study and supplement the content of "Upgrading and renovating Quang Nam Provincial Library"; proposed to supplement the project to develop cultural industries, proposed to form creative spaces in Quang Nam province, especially to study and supplement projects in Hoi An - a member of UNESCO's Global Creative Cities Network in the field of handicrafts and folk arts.

In addition, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed that the locality study and supplement the list of priority projects for investment in tourism infrastructure development in the province in accordance with the tourism development orientations in the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. Especially infrastructure development investment projects associated with night-time economic development orientations and the orientation of developing Cu Lao Cham into a national tourist area.

The Provincial People's Committee has just assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant sectors and units to fully absorb comments from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to competent authorities for approval of the Plan to implement the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.
