Quang Linh Vlog's real name is Pham Quang Linh (born in 1997, from Nghi Loc district, Nghe An). Linh is known as a famous YouTuber with the channel "Quang Linh Vlogs - Life in Africa", with more than 4 million followers. The 27-year-old man from Nghe An is also a delegate representing overseas Vietnamese attending the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) for the 2024-2029 term, which opened on the morning of October 17 in Hanoi. Sharing on the sidelines of the Congress, Quang Linh Vlogs said he was very proud to represent the Vietnamese community far from home to attend the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Recalling the time 8 years ago when he left Vietnam for Africa, Quang Linh Vlogs said that at that time he was just a young man working abroad, wanting to improve his family's life and explore the world. In fact, when he went to Africa, the young man from Nghe An said that people's lives there were very difficult, many people lacked knowledge, so even though the land was large, it was not exploited because people did not know how to do agriculture. "Therefore, my brothers and I thought that if we only gave them food, they would not progress. We thought of helping African people do agriculture with staple crops such as corn, potatoes, and cassava to improve their lives," Linh shared. Through the YouTube channel "Quang Linh Vlogs - Life in Africa", Linh said that not only Angolans but also many other places learned and consulted, and they benefited from his own achievements. During his work in Angola, Quang Linh realized that he had changed a lot and had many new perceptions. In particular, the 27-year-old man is very aware that his actions abroad are not only personal, but also reflect the image of the country.

"The work of me and my friends is of interest to many people and when mentioned, it is not only about me but also about Vietnam", Quang Linh shared through his activities with the desire to promote a beautiful image of the country and Vietnamese people to friends around the world. He also hopes that his work can motivate young people both at home and abroad, contributing to building great national unity and contributing youth to the development of the country. "When you are young, do what you feel is good, spreading it to many people", Linh emphasized. The 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term opened on the morning of October 17 with the participation of 1,052 delegates, representing member organizations, social classes, intellectuals, ethnic groups, religions, armed forces, overseas Vietnamese... With the spirit of "unity - democracy - innovation - creativity - development", the Congress will promote the spirit of democracy, solidarity, consensus, concentration of intelligence, upholding responsibility to the people, to the destiny of the nation... to contribute many dedicated and accurate opinions reflecting the thoughts and legitimate aspirations of the people; together discuss and agree on tasks to strive to successfully achieve the set goals.
