Tuna cuisine and art performance at VITM Hanoi International Tourism Fair

Many tourists enjoy watching the tuna filleting performance and directly enjoying fresh tuna salad.

This activity aims to spread the image of a peaceful Phu Yen, rich cultural life, many unique festivals associated with coastal residents and ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, along with attractive cuisine to domestic and foreign tourists, inviting tourists to "Go to Phu Yen" in the upcoming peak tourist season of 2025, contributing to building Phu Yen to become an increasingly "Attractive and friendly destination".

The program of promoting whole tuna fillets (70kg/fish) and enjoying raw tuna salad brought a unique experience to visitors. The program also brought to thousands of visitors, domestic and international tourism businesses special art performances performed by artists of Sao Bien Folk Music and Dance Theater, introducing the vibrant beauty of a peaceful land, rich in cultural identity, along with many famous landscapes such as: Ganh Da Dia, Mang Lang Church, Mui Dien - the first place to welcome the sunrise on the mainland of Vietnam, Nghinh Phong Tower - the new tourism symbol of Tuy Hoa City, Nhan Tower - a special national monument and many beautiful places...

On the evening of April 12, at the Hanoi Gift Festival space (pedestrian space on Tran Nhan Tong street, Hai Ba Trung), the program to introduce and promote the unique culture combined with the performance of Phu Yen ocean tuna continued to spread to a large number of tourists and travel businesses.

VITM Hanoi International Tourism Fair 2025, taking place from April 10-13 with the theme: "Developing green destinations, elevating Vietnam tourism". The fair with 450 booths, attracted the participation of 60 domestic and foreign tourism promotion agencies, 8 airlines, 16 countries and territories and more than 600 businesses.
