The summary report of 5 years of Party building work of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee stated that over the past 5 years, in the context of many opportunities, advantages and difficulties, challenges intertwined, Party building work has been given special attention by the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Party committees and organizations at all levels in Quang Binh province, regularly led, directed and implemented with high political determination, great efforts, drastic actions and achieved many important results.

Party building in terms of politics, ideology and ethics is emphasized. The organizational structure is gradually streamlined to operate effectively and efficiently. The streamlining of staff is associated with restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned political tasks.

Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee has piloted a number of new models that have initially shown effectiveness and created a spread; they have been highly appreciated by the Central Organizing Committee.

Grassroots Party organizations continue to be built and consolidated; the quality of Party cell and Party committee activities is gradually improved; Party development work is focused on both quantity and quality.

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified outstanding results, lessons learned, and good practices; at the same time, pointed out difficulties and shortcomings, and on that basis proposed solutions to remove and amend them.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Vu Dai Thang emphasized the role of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels in contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong provincial Party Committee, enhancing the role of Party committees and Party organizations to match the tasks.

To truly enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels, ensuring the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, the Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee pointed out 6 key tasks that need to be carried out in the coming time.

That is, continue to effectively carry out the work of Party building and rectification; implement the Party Charter and documents guiding the implementation of the Party Charter of the Central Committee; promote democracy, enhance the sense of responsibility, set an example, and the spirit of serving the people of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees; strengthen internal affairs, prevent and combat corruption and negativity; focus on innovating the leadership methods of Party committees; prepare and organize Party congresses at all levels and the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
