Quang Binh Province has a new Chairman.

Mr. Tran Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, was elected Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee by the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

This morning (December 11th), at the 19th session of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council, 18th term, 2021-2026, Mr. Tran Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee, was officially elected as Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council also approved the dismissal of Mr. Tran Thang from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Thang has been assigned by the Party Central Committee to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc for the 2020-2025 term.

Yesterday (December 10th), the Executive Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee also held a conference and elected Mr. Tran Phong, Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee, as Deputy Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee with 100% of the votes in favor.
