Quang Binh: Welcoming 66 "first visitors" to Phong Nha Heritage

On the morning of January 1, in a bright and warm atmosphere, the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park (Quang Binh) - held a ceremony to welcome the first visitors to the World Natural Heritage in the new year 2025.

On the first day of the new year, Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park welcomed 66 visitors, including 36 international visitors from Malaysia, Australia, Japan, Canada and the UK, and 30 domestic visitors from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh and Nghe An.

The morning air in Phong Nha town is quite pleasant, the sky is sunny after the cold rains last evening, creating ideal conditions for tourists to explore cave and ecological tourism services.

Welcoming ceremony for 66 first visitors to Phong Nha - Ke Bang

Many tourists, especially international groups, were excited to see such favorable weather, especially after the previous gloomy rains.

The welcoming ceremony took place in an exciting atmosphere. This was also an opportunity for the leaders of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, the Department of Tourism and the Department of Culture - Sports of Quang Binh province to express their hospitality by giving flowers and lucky money to the first guests of the year.

Along with that, Phong Nha-Ke Bang Tourism Center has prepared special gifts, emphasizing thoughtful service and bringing warmth at the beginning of the year to visitors.

Mr. Pham Hong Thai, Director of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board, emphasized that this event is the first step in a series of tourism stimulus activities, aiming to attract more international and domestic visitors this year.
