On the morning of July 24, Party Central Committee members: Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, on behalf of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province visited and presented gifts to war invalids at Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023). Accompanying him was Major General Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 1.

Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center was established in 1965 and has nurtured, cared for and treated more than 1,000 wounded and sick soldiers. Currently, the Center is caring for 95 wounded and sick soldiers with a disability rate of 81% or higher.

Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, encouraged and presented gifts to wounded soldiers.

Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet and Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan warmly visited, encouraged, and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of the wounded and sick soldiers who contributed their youth and blood to the cause of national liberation and defense; affirmed that the Party and State always care for wounded and sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution; wished the wounded and sick soldiers to live happily, maintain good health, continue to persevere and overcome their disabilities, promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", "wounded but not useless"; hoped that the collective of cadres and civil servants would continue to promote their sense of responsibility, building the Center to always be a warm home with deep affection for the wounded and sick soldiers.
