DTO - On April 24, at Dong Thap University (Ward 6, Cao Lanh City), the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organized a thematic conference on educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyle for youth in 2025. Attending were representatives of departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and more than 150 union members and youth in the province.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Loan - former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department shared about the meaning of the 9 criteria of Dong Thap Human Standards at the conference.

At the conference, union members and young people listened to comrade Le Thi Kim Loan - former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, discuss the 9 criteria of Dong Thap Human Standards: "patriotism, solidarity, honesty, self-reliance, diligence, cooperation, affection, dynamism, creativity". Accordingly, comrade Le Thi Kim Loan shared about some good qualities of Vietnamese people, the historical traditions of the nation through the ages; the significance and necessity of implementing the criteria of Dong Thap Human Standards; the concretization of the implementation of Dong Thap Human Standards in conjunction with Resolution No. 06 dated December 31, 2021 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on building a culture and people of Dong Thap that are affectionate, dynamic, and creative.

In order to effectively implement the 9 criteria of Dong Thap Human Standards in the coming time, comrade Le Thi Kim Loan suggested that the Youth Union, Association, and Pioneers at all levels in the province step up propaganda for people, union members, youth, and students to actively implement the criteria of Dong Thap Human Standards in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. At the same time, she hoped that each union member, youth, and student would strive to effectively implement Dong Thap Human Standards with the smallest actions associated with their studies and work, actively contributing to the development of the province.

In addition, comrade Nguyen Hoang Minh Tri - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union launched the program "I love Dong Thap" to union members and youths associated with solidarity and gathering youth in 2025. The program will be implemented in 2025, including key activities such as: propaganda, education of revolutionary ideals, patriotism, national pride for union members and youths; organizing the forum "Pride of Dong Thap Youth", the campaign "Dong Thap Youth Do One Good Deed Every Day", responding to revolutionary action movement activities associated with solidarity and gathering youths.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Hoang Minh Tri hopes that union members and young people in the province will actively respond to and spread the program "I love Dong Thap", promote the pioneering and volunteering role of young people in participating in projects and works for the community, contributing to building the homeland of Dong Thap more and more prosperous.

The conference aims to propagate and educate revolutionary ideals, ethics, cultural lifestyle and 9 criteria of Dong Thap Human Standards for union members and youth. Thereby, contributing to effectively implementing Dong Thap Human Standards, building a culture and people of Dong Thap that are affectionate, dynamic and creative.
