Nearly 40 years old, the beef noodle shop on Tam Trinh Street is a familiar place for many diners who love the traditional taste of pho. From around 6am, the shop is packed with customers constantly coming and going.
As one of the most famous pho restaurants in Hoang Mai area, according to many diners, the highlight of a bowl of pho at 119 Tam Trinh is that it is always full, the broth is delicious and rich in flavor, the meat is fresh and very tender. Besides, another "rare and hard to find" point is the price. Here, all types of pho are sold at the same price of only 35 thousand VND per bowl, from rare pho to parts such as brisket, brisket or corn. Only open from 5am to about 10am and always full, the pho restaurant is also affectionately called "Grandma's pho" by many diners. The pho here has a traditional, especially rich flavor, the way of selling and serving at the restaurant is still completely manual, creating a closeness and intimacy for diners. According to the restaurant owner, these are the reasons why many people do not mind the long distance, becoming regular customers of the restaurant for decades.
