145 officers, trainers and 115 service dogs participated in training and preparation for the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition. Among these dogs were many dogs that had performed special missions.
The impressive performances were elaborately staged, and everyone was working together to prepare the best for the upcoming exhibition. Among the dozens of groups scheduled to perform at the opening ceremony of the exhibition was the dog team from the Border Guard Intermediate School 24. The team consisted of 115 trainers who were officers and soldiers in the school and 88 service dogs.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quoc Huong, Head of Mobile Group 4, Border Guard Intermediate School 24, this is the first time that the military dog force has participated in the performance, along with the task of protecting the security of the exhibition. Immediately after being assigned the task by the Ministry of National Defense and the Border Guard Command, Border Guard Intermediate School 24 selected 145 officers, trainers and 115 service dogs to participate in training and preparation for the exhibition. We determined that this is a particularly important task because the exhibition is held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day.
