On April 16 and 17 , the working delegation of Military Region 5 led by Major General Hua Van Tuong , Deputy Commander of the Military Region, inspected the results of military and defense tasks at the Provincial Military Command , Quy Nhon City Military Command , Tuy Phuoc District and An Nhon Town .

At the units, the working delegation listened to reports on the results of implementing tasks in the first quarter and directions for the second quarter of 2025; acknowledged difficulties in implementing tasks associated with the Project on rearranging administrative units and organizing local governments according to Decision 759/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
In addition, the delegation also listened to the thoughts and aspirations of cadres and employees regarding the policy of streamlining the apparatus, early retirement according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and 67/2025/ND-CP , as well as the desire to continue working and be ready to take on tasks after the merger and dissolution.

Through the actual inspection, Major General Hua Van Tuong highly appreciated the results achieved by the provincial military in the first quarter of 2025, especially the strict implementation of directives, resolutions and regulations from superiors. He emphasized that the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus is an inevitable requirement to improve the operational efficiency of the political system, in which the military must always be an exemplary and leading force.

In the coming time, the Provincial Military Command is required to continue to strictly implement the 2025 national defense order, maintain combat readiness, strengthen ideological work, grasp the local situation and ensure safety during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.
