Military Region 4 inspects preparations for military training in 2025

On the morning of February 17, a working delegation from Military Region 4 led by Colonel Pham Van Dung, Deputy Chief of Staff, inspected the training preparations and the 2025 training launch ceremony at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command.
