Military Region 4 inspects administrative reform, digital transformation, occupational safety and hygiene, and fire prevention and fighting in 2025

Receiving and working with the delegation were Colonel Vu Van Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander and Colonel Le Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

In the past time, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have focused on leading and directing agencies and units to seriously implement directives, resolutions and plans on administrative reform and digital transformation; at the same time, implementing and achieving many outstanding results such as: Completing the process of drafting documents, regulations and rules in a formal, unified and legal manner. Simplifying administrative procedures and legal documents to ensure publicity and transparency, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the management, command and operation mechanism in the unit. Based on the achieved results, delegates focused on discussing and proposing policies and solutions to effectively implement administrative reform and digital transformation.

Also within the framework of the working session, the working delegation inspected the fire prevention and fighting plans and solutions of the Command and units; the system of training curriculum on occupational safety and health; safety monitoring books and actual inspection of the safety assurance system, fire prevention and fighting at oil depots, stations, workshops, fire prevention and fighting equipment and equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety.

Concluding the conference, acknowledging and praising the achieved results, the Working Group requested the Provincial Military Command to continue reviewing and directing agencies and units to complete the targets and indicators in the plan; promote the exploitation and maximum deployment of existing infrastructures, upgrade the rate of using digital documents, strengthen inspection and evaluation work in agencies and units; at the same time, promote propaganda, dissemination, dissemination and education on occupational safety and health, fire prevention and fighting. Preserve, maintain and seal materials, means and technical equipment in accordance with regulations; actively and proactively train and improve professional qualifications for forces to meet the requirements of assigned tasks.
